EXACTUM - a smart system for automatic control - is a result of the knowledge and development of a team of experts from the accredited metrology laboratory LOTRIČ Metrology. It was built based on the requirements for our own use. It is essential for providing controlled environmental conditions for the quality and accuracy of all processes within the calibration laboratory. In the LOTRIČ Metrology accredited laboratory the EXACTUM system solution monitors a range of parameters. It collects large amounts of data, and offers the possibility of focusing only on the key parameters, with no data lost so that all can be analysed later. But the essence of the system lies not in the quantity of data collected, but in the fact that the key data are always available to the users of the EXACTUM system solution, so that the extreme situations in which an alarm is triggered happen as seldom as possible. Based on the analysis of the data we can quickly identify weaknesses and eliminate them.
